No Wedding or Birthday Cakes

I do not make or decorate wedding or birthday cakes at this time. As a pastry chef specializing in sugar-free pastries and desserts, I do not specialize in cake decorating and cannot ship frosted cakes.
However, I do offer a range of attractive and delicious cake options such as pound cakes, madeleines, snack cakes, cupcakes, cakelets, cake squares, cake truffles, petits-fours and more!

SERVING

Some of my baked goods (such as muffins and cinnamon rolls) are moister and taste even better when warmed in the microwave for 5-10 seconds before enjoying.

I do not recommend warming my baked goods in a standard oven, which uses dry heat.

STORAGE

Many of my products are best stored in the freezer to last longer and taste fresher than storing at room temperature.
